By looking at you, your body and your lifestyle, I make a thorough assessment in order to figure out what the root cause of your personal problem or diagnose really is. As a CHEK Practitioner I am trained to understand how all the systems in the body work together and what the symptoms they produce mean when they don’t function as they should.

I am a Holistic Health Coach (CHEK lv. 2), personal trainer, massage therapist, movement teacher and professional dancer. I have dedicated over 20 years to working with the body, studying health and living holistically. I believe that health is for everyone, even though health might look different for each one of us, and I am dedicated to help people find their personal version and to support them on their journey.
I believe that mind, body and soul (thought, action and spirit) has to work together as whole to create optimal health and I am convinced that with the tools I have acquired on my personal journey, I can help you to achieve the best version of yourself!
